the Italian regions.

Tourism in Molise isn't very developed and even in the coast areas it is scarcely relevant.
In Molise industry isn't very present except for the Termoli area where there are some mechanical industries. Some artisan manufacturings such as lace worked with bobbins are present in this area. There are also some canning industries, oil mills and some cheese factories for the production of cheeses.
Agriculture in Molise is mostly run by families with very few employees, although it is relatively practiced and the land is not very fertile. The most organized businesses are present in the coast areas, in which fruit, grapes, sugar beets and tobacco are grown. There are a good quantity of ovine breedings from which numerous cheeses are produced.
