Weather forecasts in Italy.
One can divide modern weather forecasts in three main categories: short term forecasts, medium and long term forecasts, although more generally we can say that the most reliable forecasts are those that don't predict longer than 3-4 days from the moment they have been done.
To be able to do such analysis, complex physical-mathematical models are applied. These are realized with the use of powerful computers which reproduce the atmospheric situation, obtaining a general view which is the weather forecast.
